Vision, intention and introduction to a vibrant ontology.
A conceptual adventure between lines of expressive research that starts from the historical avant-gardes, passing through Intermedia and advanced technological experiments. The boundaries between art, science and technology, the interaction between man and machine and, in peculiar, electromagnetic music are investigated, proposing new critical paradigms, such as ‘errationalism’ and ‘neosurrationalism’, which re-evaluate error and the subject, vison before medium, human intention in favour of mere recombination, swarming action instead of sterile relational art, for a resolute overcoming of post-modern relativism, aiming at a direct inquiry at the heart of the modernity.
This documentary premiered in Berlin by KOO EDITIONS Gallery on the occasion of the exhibition Post Relativism organised to coincide with the opening of Art Week on 11 September 2024. On that occurrence, in addition to the commemoration of Phill Niblock with a special edition, “Expaninding Intermedia”, there was a live set by CoH, Niclas A Lindgren, Alexei Borisov vs Sergey Kasich. The exhibition was curated by Giovanni De Donà.
